Moving Day Volunteer Sign Up

The Aviary has been bombarded with the kindest requests, "How can I help?" If willing, able and available we have time slots for yall to chose from to help us move next week. Please scroll to the bottom of this page and put your name, date and time that you would like to come and help- the more the merrier. We couldn't be more appreciative of ANY and ALL help we get through this process!

*NOTES* 1. You can arrive or leave any time within your time slot. 2. The items listed may shift around or change as we have no idea how many people will sign up or how long certain items will take. 3. We were planning on hiring an electrician to help with the stereo/speakers, track lighting and neon sign removal...unless someone has comfort/knowledge in this area or knows someone who does, please text the studio number ASAP. 4. BYOT. Bring your own tools (if you want- we have some too). Screwdrivers and drills will be most handy! 5. If anyone has extra boxes to donate- we would love some.

1/30/24 (Tuesday) 4:00-6:00pm	Uhaul packing, heavy lifting
1/30/24 (Tuesday) 6:00-8:00pm	Uhaul packing, heavy lifting, Uhaul unpacking
1/31/24 (Wednesday) 10:00am-12:00pm	Final cleaning, light packing, last transports
1/31/24 (Wednesday) 12:00-2:00pm	Final cleaning, last transports
